In short
First Spore is a game that runs on your device. It has no accounts and no ads, and it does not collect or send your personal data anywhere.
What the game keeps on your device
- Game progress: coins, gems, DNA, items you bought and wear, race statistics, your in-game nickname and the date of your last daily gift.
- The order / transaction IDs of gem purchases, so that one purchase can never be credited twice.
- All of it stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
In-app purchases
Gems are sold through Google Play only. Payments are handled entirely by Google under the Google Privacy Policy. The game never sees or stores your card or payment details; it only receives the purchase result and order ID from Google Play.
What the game does not do
- It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location or files.
- It shows no ads and uses no third-party tracking or analytics.
- It does not sell or share any of your data.
Age
The game jokes about fertilisation and contraception and is made for players aged 18 and over. It does not knowingly collect data from children.
